Demolition Disaster: Building almost takes out man

In this video you will see a man standing with a chain saw standing on a ladder in the upper left hand corner of the screen.  He is sawing a main support as the entire structure begins to collapse. Luckily he was uninjured, but if a Demolition Analysis had been performed using Extreme Loading Technology then then he certainly wouldn't have been on a ladder sawing away at that support potentially endangering his life and the lives of others.
