Demolition Disaster: Building Implosion Gone Bad Coral Gables

In this botched building implosion in Coral Gables, Florida on June 28, 2008 the majority of the structure collapses but as the dust settles you can see another elevator shaft wavering in the smoke.  Again, time for Plan B causing workers to re-enter the dangling structure.  A demolition analysis using Extreme Loading Technology may have shown the flawed demolition plan prior to the real life situation.
