Demolition Disaster: Failed Factory Implosion
In this implosion of a factory, the structure’s first several floors collapse as the rest of the structure comes to a leaning halt. One of the voices in the video captures this all too nerve-wracking fear for demolition contractors saying, "This is not exactly what they had planned." If a demolition analysis had been performed using Extreme Loading Technology then a re-entering the structure to set additional explosives could have been averted since any trial and error would have been done on a computer so that the real life scenario works the first time.
